Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sadık Kurbanov's book "Timeless Leader - Haydar Aliyev's Philosophy of Management and Continuity" was presented at Ibn Haldun University. Ibn Haldun University Rector Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan also attended the programme. Speaking about Haydar Aliyev's life and understanding of the state in the presentation programme, Kurbanov said: "Remembering Heydar Aliyev with great love at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey and learning his legacy will serve the future of Turkic peoples only and only. Heydar Aliyev took important steps to unite the Turkic peoples even during the Soviet alliance during his first reign. Kurbanov said: "Today a new power has emerged in the world. Today, Azerbaijan has achieved a historic victory. Remembering Heydar Aliyev with great love at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey and learning about his legacy will serve the future of Turkic peoples. I would like the whole society to research every period of the state founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and to create centres for this purpose, and today, as a continuation of this, to research the activities of Heydar Aliyev after the ninetieth years, all this will only serve the future construction of the Turkish society."

Speaking about the book The Leader Who Does Not Fit in Time, Sadiq Kurbanov said: "This book, which I also prepared, is a point of view on the presidents who are successful in the world from this point of view. Because if we answer the question of who is Heydar Aliyev, Heydar Aliyev is the founder of today's modern Azerbaijan."
