Ludovika University of Public Service “Center for Turkish World Studies” has opened.
Our Center Director Prof. Dr. Yaşar Sarı attended the opening of the “Center for Turkic World Studies” in Hungary and participated as a panelist in the panel titled “Strategic Vision – Political and Diplomatic Perspectives.”

The opening ceremony was attended by Zoltan Kovacs, Hungary's State Secretary for International Communications; Gülşen Karanis Ekşioğlu, Turkey's Ambassador to Budapest; Turhan Dilmaç, Director of the Strategic Research Center (SAM) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and our Center Director Prof. Dr. Yaşar Sarı, along with many academics.

OTS has a Representative Office in Budapest.

Kovacs said that the new center in Ludovika would contribute to the training of knowledgeable managers in this field and serve as an additional platform in the context of relations with the Turkish World.

The event also addressed the rising position of the Turkish World and OTS, including foreign policy, diplomacy, academia, and connectivity.

Dilmaç and Prof. Dr. Sarı spoke at the panels organized as part of the event.

Hungary, which joined the TDT as an observer member in 2018, hosted the TDT Informal Summit in May for the first time in an observer country. Meanwhile, the TDT also has a Representative Office in Budapest.
