'BEING AN ASSISTANT OF HEYDAR ALIYEV WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE'

Dilara Seyidzade said: "This year is very dear to us, we are marking the centenary of our great genius guide Heydar Aliyev. My book is dedicated to his bright memory.

Turkey is very dear to us, and in the words of Heydar Aliyev, 'One nation, two states.' We are very proud that we are one nation. Each of us should work to move forward so that this nation will always be famous in the world.

I wanted to be a historian since I was a child, and life brought me in such a way that I became Heydar Aliyev's deputy. Every time I meet with young people, I tell them, 'Make your choice in such a way that you will be happy to do what you choose.

Where there is love, every work will be successful. It was a great experience of my life that Heydar Aliyev saw me as his deputy. He was also a historian. And every time I went somewhere with him and he introduced Azerbaijan, I realized the great importance of the science of history."

'WE MUST KNOW ALL OF OUR OWN HISTORY. KNOWLEDGE IS THE STRENGTH OF MAN'

Seyidzade said, "For the first time in the history of Azerbaijan, I analyzed that period, which created the opportunity for the formation of the Democratic Republic, and this book came out. The book was put on the internet in 4 languages.

We are pleased with the number of readers, there are many people in the world who are curious about our nations. I think that we should know our own nation, our own history. Knowledge is the strength of man," he said.
