Assistant Professor Dr. Najiba Mustafayeva has received significant support from the Turkish Academy for her research project titled “International Law Education: The Turkish Perspective.”

‘Our Goal is to Raise Internationally Active Generations’

Making a brief evaluation of the project, Dr Najiba Mustafayeva said: ‘Adapting to the universal principles of law can only be possible with a strong educational infrastructure. Especially the reflections of the Turkish understanding of law in the international arena are of great importance for our young lawyers to have a say in the world. With this project, we aim to contribute to the new generation of legal education by analysing the law not only in its national but also in its global dimensions.’

Dr. Najiba Mustafayeva's study, which was accepted by the Turkic Academy, will continue with a comprehensive research in the coming months. The results will be shared with both academic circles and relevant official institutions. The project is expected to contribute to Turkey's legislative and educational policies with its recommendations on the development of international law.
