To apply as a participant, please fill out the form below.

For Participants (Attending)

This track is for those who wish to attend the forum and participate in the program.

  • Eligibility:

    • Graduate students (Master's and PhD)

    • Postdoctoral researchers and university faculty

    • Public administrators, diplomats, NGO representatives, and journalists

    • Private sector professionals and experts from OTS states

  • Requirement: Proficiency in English is required.

  • Application Materials:

  1. Complete Application Form

  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  3. Motivation Letter (max. 500 words)

  • Application Deadline: April 15, 2026 May 1, 2026

  • Notification of Acceptance: April 30, 2026 May 15, 2026
