This track is for those who wish to attend the forum and participate in the program.

Eligibility:

Graduate students (Master's and PhD)
Postdoctoral researchers and university faculty
Public administrators, diplomats, NGO representatives, and journalists
Private sector professionals and experts from OTS states

Requirement: Proficiency in English is required.
