As part of the online event series organized by the Haydar Aliyev Eurasian Studies Center (HACE) at Ibn Haldun University, Zhanibek Arynov (Graduate School of Public Policy, Nazarbayev University, Astana, Kazakhstan) will be the guest speaker.
The event will examine the strategic narratives developed by Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Türkiye in shaping the Turkic World. The presentation will provide a comparative analysis of the three countries’ visions through the lenses of national identity construction, foreign policy discourse, and regional cooperation. It will also explore the role of strategic narratives in regional integration, geopolitical positioning, and diplomatic engagement.
